Bark For LifeTM
of Des Moines County presented by First Medical Equipment is
a chance for you to support the fight against cancer. The American
Cancer Society Bark For LifeTM
honors the life-long contribution of our Canine Caregivers. Canine
companions represent unconditional love, joy, security, compassion and
no judgments of human abilities or appearances. On August 15, 2010 our
event will be held around the Lake Starker Skate House at Crapo Park in
Burlington, Iowa. The event
will feature a Blessing of the Participants, Costume Contest, a Stunt
Contest, a Vocal Contest and a Parade of Dogs.
